Track 2 rights are required upon commercial greenlight and production execution.
Exclusivity & Licensing Framework
No single licensee may hold exclusive rights across more than two transmedia categories simultaneously without prior written consent from Airport Insights Pte. Ltd. Territory exclusivity is granted per format category only. All licensing agreements are subject to a minimum 24-month term, require prior written approval for sub-licensing, and are governed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
